Current practice of the Constitutional Court according to requests-complaints in the criminal field

On November 23, 2023, the Academy of Justice, as part of the Continuous Training Program, is conducting a training on: "Current practice of the Constitutional Court according to requests-complaints in the criminal field".

Trainers working in this training are: Mr. Nexhmi Rexhepi, judge at the Constitutional Court of Kosovo, Mr. Agim Maliqi, the judge at the Supreme Court of Kosovo, Mr. Islam Sllamniku, Permanent Trainer at the Academy of Justice.

The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of the participants regarding relations between the Constitutional Court and regular courts, particularly the relation of constutitional court and high level courts.

Beneficiaries of the training are: Judges from the Court of Appeal, Judges and Prosecutors from the Basic.
