Actual practice of the Constitutional Court according to claims – complaints in the civil area

April 25 2023, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program is conducting training on the current practice of the Constitutional Court according to claims – complaints in the civil area.

Trainers engaged in this activity are Mr. Hajredin Kuqi professor in the University of Prishtina’s Law Faculty, and Mr. Bekim Sejdiu also professor in the University of Prishtina’s Law Faculty.

Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge on the current practice of the Kosovo Constitutional Court as per requests in the civil and administrative area. This training also elaborated on the relation between the constitutional court and regular courts, in particular the relation between the constitutional court and high courts.

Training methodology is combination of theoretical aspect and interactive discussions through practical cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are judges of the Special Chamber of the Supreme Court, judges from the Appeals Court, and judges of the Basic Courts.
