Judicial Practice of the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal in Cases initiated by remedies challenging lower court decisions

On March 10–11, 2026, the Academy of Justice, within the Continuous Training Program, is organizing a roundtable on the topic “Judicial Practice of the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal in Cases Initiated by remedies Challenging Lower Court Decisions.”

The roundtable will feature Mr. Zenel Leku and Mr. Rrustem Thaçi, judges of the Supreme Court of Kosovo, as panelists.

The primary objective of this event is to unify judicial practice in contested procedures, specifically in cases resolved through remedies that challenge prior decisions.

The methodology will combine theoretical explanations with interactive discussions, enriched by the presentation of practical case studies.

Participants will include judges from the Court of Appeal and basic courts across all regions of Kosovo.
