Judicial practice in disputes arising from the law on business organizations

On March 12, 2026, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of its Continuous Training Program, is organizing the training titled “Judicial Practice in Disputes Arising from the Law on Business Organizations.”

The training will be delivered by Mr. Mahir Tutuli, President of the Commercial Court, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Njomëza Zejnullahu, Expert.

Purpose of the training to enhance participants’ knowledge of the different types of commercial companies that can be established in Kosovo under the Law on Business organizations, their organizational structures, and the economic activities they are entitled to perform.

The training methodology applies an interactive learning approach, combining lectures, exercises, and discussions. Participants will also engage with concrete judicial cases, focusing on how courts reach meritorious decisions in practice.

Beneficiaries of the training are judges and professional associates of the Commercial Court.
