Judicial Practices in Cases of Expropriation and Arbitrary Acquisition of Property

On April 7, 2026, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, organized a roundtable on “Judicial Practices in Cases of Expropriation and Arbitrary Acquisition of Property.”

The panel featured Mr. Albert Zogaj and Mr. Rrustem Thaqi, judges of the Supreme Court. The purpose of the roundtable was to examine the challenges of judicial practice in applying substantive provisions in the field of property law.

Interactive methods were employed throughout the session, including case discussions, group work, and practical exercises.

The beneficiaries of this training were judges from the basic courts across all regions of Kosovo.
