Principles of Juvenile Procedure and Measures and Punishments for Juveniles

On 11.06.2026, the Academy of Justice, within the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the Basic Module training for professional associates and legal officers in the criminal field on the topic “Principles of Juvenile Procedure and Measures and Punishments for Juveniles”

The trainer engaged in this activity is Mr. Ramadan Gashi, Permanent Trainer at the Academy of Justice.

The purpose of this training is to advance the participants' knowledge of the legal provisions regulating measures and punishments for juveniles.

The methodology applied was of a combined nature, with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.

The beneficiaries of this training are professional associates and legal officers from Courts and Prosecutors' Offices from all Regions of Kosovo.
