Administrative procedure and the difference between other procedures with a focus on minor offence procedure and judicial procedures
On April 22, 2026, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with GIZ, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the training on the topic "Administrative procedure and the difference between other procedures with a focus on misdemeanor procedure and judicial procedures".
The trainers involved are: Ms. Delushe Halimi, judge at the Supreme Court of Kosovo and Mr. Ramiz Kuqi, judge at the Court of Appeal.
The purpose of this training is to strengthen knowledge about administrative procedure and its difference from other procedures, with a special focus on minor offence procedure and judicial procedures under the competence of the Inspectorates of the Republic of Kosovo. It also aims to ensure the correct implementation of substantive laws and the Law on Administrative Conflicts (applicable from January 2025), through the analysis of legal provisions, the treatment of practical dilemmas and concrete examples from practice.
The training methodology is of a combined nature with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions, also presenting practical cases.
The beneficiaries of this training are judges from the basic instance, inspectors from the central and local inspectorates.
