Conducting Criminal Procedure for Children and Juveniles

On October 1, 2025, the Academy of Justice, within the Continuous Training Program, is organizing training on the topic “Conducting Criminal Procedure for Children and Juveniles.”

The trainers engaged in this session are: Ms. Albina Rama, President of the Basic Court in Pristina, Ms. Sanije Seferi, Prosecutor at the Basic Prosecution Office in Peja.

The purpose of this training is to address juvenile delinquency as an integral part of overall criminality and to enhance the skills of judges and prosecutors working with juveniles, particularly regarding the imposition of measures and punishments provided under the Juvenile Justice Code (JJC).

The training will be delivered through an interactive methodology, combining discussions with practical case studies and group work.

Beneficiaries of the training are Judges and prosecutors from the Basic instance, administrative staff of the judiciary and prosecution, as well as officials from the Kosovo Probation Service.
