Enforcement Procedure and Mediation

On December 5, 2025, the Academy of Justice, in cooperation with GIZ and within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, will conduct a Basic Module training for professional associates and legal officers in the civil field on the topic “Enforcement Procedure and Mediation.”

The training will be delivered by Mr. Faton Ademi, Judge at the Supreme Court of Kosovo. Its purpose is to enhance participants’ knowledge of enforcement procedures, including the execution of enforcement proposals, decision-making processes, enforcement titles, and grounds for rejection. In addition, the training will address mediation, focusing on the role of both the court and the mediator in the mediation process.

A blended methodology will be applied, combining theoretical explanations with interactive discussions.

Beneficiaries of this training include professional associates and legal officers from all Kosovo courts (Civil Division), officers from the Agency for Free Legal Aid, and representatives of NGOs.
