Inheritance procedure and court disputes on the basis of inheritance

On June 25, 2024, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with the OSCE, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, are conducting the roundtable on "Inheritance procedure and judicial disputes from the basis of inheritance".

Engaged trainers are: Mr. Kujtim Pasuli and Mr. Malsor Kryeziu, judges from the Appeals Court.

Purpose of this roundtable is to extend the participants knowledge on judicial disputes from the basis of inheritance.

The roundtable is conducting interactive discussions, presentation of issues through cases, discussion of cases and summary of conclusions on the discussed issue.

Beneficiaries of this roundtable are judges from Basic Courts.
