Specialized training program on crimes of corruption and crimes against official duty – Session II

June 06-07 2023, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program is conducting a specialized training program on Corruption against official duty – Second session.

Trainers engaged in this activity are Mr. Bashkim Hyseni judge in the Appeals Court, and Mr. Kujtim Munishi, Chief prosecutor in the basic prosecution in Prishtina.

Purpose of this meeting is to extend the participants knowledge on elements of the crimes of corruption and misuse of the official duty and correct application of the legal provisions.

Training methodology is of a combined nature with theoretical lecturing and interactive discussions on practical cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are judges and prosecutors of the Special Department and the Serious Crimes Department (the basic and the appeals instances) as well as professional associates and SPRK experts.
