Specialized training program on writing the accusatory acts by the Special Prosecution

April 13 2023, Academy of Justice in cooperation with the US Embassy in Prishtina/ OPDAT organized a Specialized Training on Writing of accusatory acts by the Special Prosecution.

Trainers engaged in this activity are Mr. John Hanley, Resident Legal Advisor in the US Embassy in Prishtina.

Training methodology is combination of theoretical and interactive discussions.

Beneficiaries of this training are prosecutors of the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo, prosecutors of the basic instance, judges of the Special department within the Basic Court in Prishtina.
