Public Procurement

November 20-21 2024, Academy of Justice within the US-DOJ/ OPDAT within the Continuous Training Program, are conducting the training on Public Procurement.

Engaged trainers are Mr. Admir Shala Prosecutor in the Special Prosecution of the Special Prosecution of Kosovo, and Mrs. Lizzy Noonan-Pomada, Federal Prosecutor – US Department of Justice, Antitrust Division.

Purpose of this training is to engage the participants’ knowledge on investigation in the region and secret Procurement agreements, investigation planning, etc.

Beneficiaries are judges from the Supreme Court, judges from the Appeals Court, and judges and prosecutors from the Basic instance, SPRK prosecutors and Kosovo Police officers.
