Final exam for newly appointed judges (twelfth generation)

On September 25 and 26, 2025, within the framework of the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges (XII generation), the final exam is being held.

After completing the Initial Training according to the Regulation on Initial Training, newly appointed judges are undergoing an exam from the modules covered during the training.

On the first day, the exam is being held from the curricula: Civil Law, Professional Skills and Abilities and “Legislation and Supplementary Skills”, while on the second day, the exam is being held from the curricula: “Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo”, “Criminal Procedure Code” and “National and International Legal Order”.

The following 31 newly appointed judges 2024/2025 are undergoing the final exam.
