Final Exam for Newly Appointed Judges (Thirteenth Generation)

On May 14 and 15, 2026, within the framework of the Initial Training Program for Newly Appointed Judges (13th Generation), the Final Exam is being conducted.

After completing the Initial Training in accordance with the Regulation on Initial Training, newly appointed judges are taking an exam covering the modules studied during the program.

Day one of the exam covers the curricula:

• Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo
• Criminal Procedure Code, and National
• International Legal Order.

Day two of the exam covers:

• Civil Law
• Professional Skills and Abilities
• Legislation and Complementary Skills.

A total of 21 newly appointed judges, including one from the Serbian community, are participating in the Final Exam for the 2025/2026 year.
