Workshop for Improvement of the Judicial Practice between Prosecutors and Judges

On July 10, 2023, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with US-DOJ/OPDAT organized the Workshop on Improving Judicial Practice between Prosecutors and Judges.

The expert working in this workshop is: Mr. Erin Cox, Resident Legal Advisor, the US Embassy in Pristina.

Focus of this workshop is the improvement of the Judicial Practice between the Judiciry and prosecution with emphasis on the investigation section, and the stadards of proof in relation to crimes of corruption, particularly in offences of misuse of position or official authorities.

The applied methodology is of a combined character, with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.

Beneficiaries of the training are judges and prosecutors from the basic instance, serious crimes departament.
