Workshop on Data Protection and Access to Public Documents”

The Executive Director Mr. Enver Fejzullahu and Ms. Agnesa Beka, Director of the Training Programs Department, participated in the workshop titled “Balancing the Protection of Personal Data and the Right of Access to Public Documents,” organized by the European Union Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo (EULEX) in cooperation with the Agency for Information and Privacy (AIP).

The workshop, which addressed the topic “Balancing the Protection of Personal Data and the Right of Access to Public Documents in the Justice System in Kosovo,” aimed to deepen knowledge and enhance professional practices related to the implementation of legal standards on personal data protection, while simultaneously ensuring transparency and access to public documents.

During the activity, practical challenges in the implementation of the relevant legislation were discussed, and the importance of strengthening institutional capacities in line with European standards was emphasized.
