Novelties to the Law on Administrative Conflicts

On February 8, 2024, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with SIGMA (a joint initiative of the OECD and the European Union), within the framework of the Continuous Training Program are carrying out the training activity on the Novelties to the Law for Administrative Conflicts.

Engaged trainers are: Mrs. Delushe Halimi, judge at the Appeals Court of Kosovo, Mr. Andrej Kmecl judge from the Supreme Court of Slovenia, and Mr. Zhani Shapo, the main expert who supported the drafting of the new law.

The main purpose of this training is to advance the participants’ knowledge about the changes brought by the new Law on Administrative Conflicts.

The training methodology is of a combined character with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.

Beneficiaries of this training are: judges from the Supreme Court, the Appeals Court, Basic Courts as well as professional associates.
