The Role of the Prosecutor - Public Duties and Responsibilities, practice in United Kingdom

On 03-04 July 2023, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with Chemonics International organized the training for professional associates on the topic "Role of the prosecutor - public obligations and responsibilities practices in United Kingdom".

The trainer engaged in this activity is: Mr. Mark Fenhalls, Investigating Prosecutor in London.

The purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge regarding the investigation, the collection of evidence and the compilation of the indictment.

The applied methodology is of a combined character, with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.

Beneficiaries of this training are: professional associates from the Special Prosecutor's Office of Kosovo as well as a professional associate from the Special Department at the Basic Court in Pristina.
