Legal and judicial skills

April 22 2025, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program is conducting the training on Legal and Judicial Skills.

Trainer engaged for this activity is Bashkim Hyseni, Judge of the Supreme Court of Kosovo.

Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge on the techniques of legal research, legal writing and reasoning as preconditions for increasing the quality and efficiency in application of judicial competency to handle the issues in timely and professional manner.

The training methodology is a combination of presentations and interactive discussions.

Beneficiaries of the training are the Director of the Department for Legal Affairs, Head of the Division for Support to the Council, Commissions and Panels/LD, Senior Legal Officer for Judicial Representation, Acting Head of the Division for Supervision of the Implementation of Council Acts and for Judicial Representation/LD, professional associate and legal officer.
