Termination of the contract and the effects of termination

June 12, 2025, the Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the training on the Termination of the contract and the effects of termination.

The trainer engaged in this activity is Mr. Mahir Tutuli, President of the Commercial Court.

Purpose of this training is to advance the participants knowledge regarding the specifics of contracts in economy, and the legal procedures in protecting the rights of business parties, in disputes arising from the non-fulfillment of these contracts.

The methodology applied was of a combined nature, with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.

The beneficiaries of this training are: Judge, professional associate and professional advisor from the Commercial Court.
