Termination of Contract and Effects of Termination

On June 24, 2026, the Academy of Justice, within the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the training “Termination of Contract and Effects of Termination”.

The trainer engaged in this activity is Mr. Mahir Tutuli, President of the Commercial Court.

The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of participants about the characteristics of contracts in the economy and contractual obligations; specific contracted conditions in case of non-fulfillment of the contract; the rights of the parties in case of non-fulfillment of the contract as well as the legal procedures in protecting the rights of business parties, in disputes arising from the non-fulfillment of these contracts.

The training methodology will apply interactive methodology, discussion, presentation of concrete cases from judicial practice and discussions on the method of meritorious decision for concrete cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are judges and professional associates of the Commercial Court.
