Meetings for Assessing Training Needs for 2027 with the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo and the Commercial Court

As part of the process of assessing training needs for drafting the Justice Academy’s Training Program for 2027, on July 29, 2026, the Executive Director of the Justice Academy, Mr. Enver Fejzullahu, together with the leadership staff of the Training Programs Department, held consultative meetings with the Chief Prosecutor of the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Blerim Isufaj, as well as with the President of the Commercial Court, Mr. Mahir Tutuli.

The purpose of these meetings was to identify priorities and challenges that should be addressed through training activities to be implemented during 2027.

In the meeting with the Chief Prosecutor of the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Blerim Isufaj, training priorities were identified that relate to tailoring training for prosecutors of the Special Prosecution, with a particular focus on topics related to cybercrime and international legal cooperation in criminal matters, as well as further advancement of the practical aspect of training through case studies, workshops, and professional roundtables.

In the meeting with the President of the Commercial Court, Mr. Mahir Tutuli, the needs were identified for updating the Training Program for the Commercial Court for 2027, with a focus on strengthening the professional capacities of judges and organizing a workshop aimed at unifying judicial practice in the field of commercial justice.

The Justice Academy remains committed, through an inclusive consultation process with justice system institutions, to drafting a training program that reflects the real needs of practice and contributes to the continuous enhancement of the professional capacities of prosecutors and judges.
