Kosovo Justice Academy – Managing Board Meeting

November 29 2023, Managing Board of the Academy of Justice conducted its subsequent meeting under the chairmanship of judge Vaton Durguti, head of the Special Department in the Appeals Court.

Main topic of this meeting was review and approval of the Training Program for the 2024. The discussion highlighted the work for drafting the training program, the methodology applied during its design, and in particular they acknowledged the training content.

The managing Board in this meeting also reviewed and approved the Work and Performance Plan for the 2024, and they approved the request of the Supreme Court filed in November 3rd 2023 for developing and publishing the Compilation of the Supreme Court Decisions in criminal and civil field.

The Managing Board in this meeting also discussed about other matters under its competence that relate to the functioning of the Justice Academy.
