CALL FOR APPLICATIONS-Specialized Training on Financial Investigation and Asset Recuperation

Kosovo Justice Academy and the Basel Institute on Governance – International Centre for Asset Recovery, as implementing partner of UNDP Office in Kosovo have the pleasure to provide training opportunity for criminal law judges and prosecutors on the topic of: Financial Investigation and Asset Recuperation, that will take place from 6 to 10 February 2023.

Main purpose of this training program is intensification and increase of investigation capacities in Kosovo to investigate and successfully prosecute cases of corruption and Money laundering, as well as asset recuperation. The investigators and prosecutors will develop the necessary skills by focusing on acquiring full knowledge on elements of corruption and criminal offences of money laundering in Kosovo legislation, and extending the understanding of processes and legal and practical procedures for asset recovery abroad.
