Training of Trainers for Mediation – Session V

On April 22 and 23, 2023, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice and the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) of the USA, supported and funded by the Office of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) near the US Embassy, has continued the 5th session of the Training of Trainers for Mediation.

This session also marks the end of the training sessions for trainers, which served as a summary of all previous trainings including all the materials and topics covered.

During the training, the participants had the opportunity to discuss the entire training cycle, the benefits and lessons from the training, the issues that still need to be improved, the work that awaits them in the future related to mediation, as well as the third year of the project that is expected to continue from September 2023.

After the training of the trainers, the participants, divided into three (3) groups, were expected to conduct three days of advanced mediation training, an activity which will precede with certification ceremony of the successful candidates.

Beneficiaries of the training were 13 mediators selected in the Training of Trainers program.
