Training of Trainers According to the Methodology of the Academy of Justice Trainers' Manual

On October 6 and 7, 2026, the Academy of Justice is conducting a training of trainer’s session on the topic: “Methodology According to the Academy of Justice Trainers' Manual.” The main purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge and skills of trainers in designing, planning, and delivering effective training sessions, focusing on several key aspects of the training process, including: • Training Design: Familiarization with the methods and principles of developing training programs, taking into account the specific needs of participants, learning objectives, and challenges that may arise during training delivery; • Active Engagement of Participants: Utilizing contemporary learning techniques and methods, as well as effectively facilitating discussions and interaction among participants; • Training Evaluation and Constructive Feedback: Aiming to measure training effectiveness and ensure the continuous improvement of both the learning process and trainer performance. An important component of this training is the development of participants' practical skills through presentations and practical exercises, enabling them to receive constructive feedback from instructors and peers. This approach aims to strengthen the presentation, communication, and facilitation skills of the trainers, as well as to enhance their performance during training delivery. This training, organized by the Academy of Justice, constitutes an important step in developing and strengthening the professional capacities of trainers within the justice system. By advancing the methodological and practical competencies of trainers, this activity contributes to increasing the quality, effectiveness, and impact of the training programs offered by the Academy of Justice.
