Training for the case law in property cases

On February 12, 2023, the Academy of Justice, as part of the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the training on "Training for judicial practice in property matters".

Trainers engaged in this training are: Mr. Erdogan Haxhibeqiri, judge at the Supreme Court of Kosovo, Mr. Shukri Sylejmani, judge at the Supreme Court of Kosovo.

The purpose of this training is to extend the knowledge of participants regarding the implementation of material provisions in the field of property law.

The training methodology is interactive discussions, presenting practical cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges from the Special Chamber of the Supreme Court of Kosovo and Judges from the Basic Courts.
