Training of trainers according to the methodology of the Handbook for Trainers of the Academy of Justice

On November 19 and 20, 2024, the Academy of Justice, in cooperation with the US Embassy, the OPDAT program, is conducting a Training of Trainers according to the methodology of the Academy of Justice’s Trainers Manual.

The main goal of the training is to improve the trainers' skills in the field of designing and implementing effective trainings, focusing on several key aspects, such as:

• The design of trainings where the trainers will be familiar with the methods of designing trainings, taking into consideration the specific needs of the audience and the challenges that may be presented during their development;

• Participant engagement, and techniques for active participant engagement, another equally important method that includes the use of effective discussion facilitation methods,

• The importance of evaluating trainings and skills for giving constructive criticism, which help in the continuous improvement of the learning process.

Another important part of the training is the opportunity for participants to develop their skills through presentations and receive constructive feedback from instructors and peers, which helps strengthen practical skills and improve performance.

This training organized by the Academy of Justice is an important step for developing the capacities of justice system trainers, contributing to improving the quality of training and increasing their efficiency.
