Training on Transitional Justice according to legal acts and local strategic documents and international legal instruments

On February 28, 2025, the Academy of Justice, within the Continuous Training Program, is conducting a training on the Transitional Justice according to legal acts and local strategic documents and international legal instruments (TJ).

The trainer engaged in this activity is: Mr. Baki Svirca, Head of the Transitional Justice Division, Department for Transitional Justice and Support for Victims of Crime at the Ministry of Justice.

Purpose of this training is to advance the participants knowledge regarding the Transitional Justice (TJ), What are the main rights according to TJ, Human rights & TJ: Violation of human rights. The methodology applied was of a combined nature, with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.

The beneficiaries of this training are professional associates and legal officers from the Basic Court in Pristina - Special Department, as well as a professional associates and legal officers from the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo
