Training on mediation for the staff of courts and prosecution offices

On February 27, 2025, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the training on the topic "Mediation for court and prosecutor's office officials" The trainer engaged in this training is: Mr. Adnan Konushevci, judge at the Court of Appeal.

The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of participants regarding the role of mediation in the justice system, the responsibilities of officials in the administration of mediation cases, as well as the identification of the competencies and limitations of officials.

The methodology applied was of a combined nature, with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.

The beneficiaries of this training are mediation officials from courts and prosecution offices.
