Roundtable on Judicial Practice in Occupational Safety and Health Disputes

On December 16-17, 2025, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with the Group for Legal and Political Studies – GLPS, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, is organizing a roundtable on the topic “Judicial Practice in Occupational Safety and Health Disputes”.

Panelists engaged in this roundtable are: Mr. Rrustem Thaqi, Judge at the Supreme Court and Mr. Naser Shamolli, Senior Researcher at GLPS.

The purpose of the roundtable is to advance knowledge through discussion about the judicial and legal protection of workers' rights, judicial practice in labor disputes, the role of local courts and the European Court of Human Rights in the implementation of European standards.

The roundtable is being implemented using the methodology of interactive discussion between panelists and the beneficiaries of the roundtable, who are: judges, prosecutors and professional associates.
