Roundtable on Harmonization of Judicial Practice in Administrative Conflict

March 27, 2025, the Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program, is organizing the Roundtable on Harmonization of Judicial Practice in Administrative Conflict.

The panelists are Mrs. Delushe Halimi, judge at the Supreme Court of Kosovo, and Mr. Islam Sllamniku, permanent judicial trainer at the Academy of Justice.

Purpose of this roundtable is to advance the knowledge of participants in examining current issues that are arising in relation to administrative conflicts.

The questions and dilemmas raised during the roundtable are being addressed through partial explanations by the selected panelists, focusing on those issues that have arisen in practice.

Beneficiaries are judges from the Commercial Court and judges from the Basic Court of Pristina, Administrative Department.
