Roundtable on the Unification of Judicial Practice in Property Matters

On 14–15 October 2025, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, is organizing a roundtable discussion on the topic “Unification of Judicial Practice in Property Matters.”

Panelists engaged in this activity are Mr. Rrustem Thaqi and Mr. Zenel Leku, Judges of the Supreme Court of Kosovo.

The purpose of this roundtable is to address challenges in judicial practice concerning the application of substantive legal provisions in the field of property law.

The methodology of the roundtable combines explanatory presentations with practical examples and interactive discussions, ensuring the active engagement of all participants throughout the sessions. Beneficiaries of this activity are judges of Basic Courts from all regions of the Republic of Kosovo.
