Unification of Judicial Practice in Enforcement Procedure Cases

On February 10, 2026, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, will organize a roundtable on the topic “Unification of Judicial Practice in Enforcement Procedure Cases.”

The panel will feature Mr. Rrustem Thaçi and Mr. Qerim Ademaj, both Judges at the Supreme Court of Kosovo. The purpose of this roundtable is to promote consistency in judicial practice regarding enforcement procedures, by clarifying the scope of examination and ensuring the correct application of legal provisions across all instances.

The training seeks to strengthen legal certainty and consolidate judicial practice in line with the principle of formal rigor and the protection of parties’ rights.

The methodology will combine theoretical explanations with interactive discussions and the presentation of practical cases.

Beneficiaries of this roundtable include judges from the Court of Appeal and the Basic Courts.
