Features of the Conflict Over Full Jurisdiction and Expertise in Administrative Conflict

April 22 2025, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program is conducting the training on the Features of the conflict on full jurisdiction and expertise in the administrative conflict.

Trainers engaged in this activity are Mr. Kreshnik Kaçiu judge in the Prishtina Basic Court – Administrative Department, and Mr. Islam Sllamniku permanent judicial trainer in the Academy of Justice.

Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge on ways of handling, the role, and explanation of the feature of the conflict on full jurisdiction and expertise in the administrative conflict cases.

Training methodology is combined with interactive discussions and practical hypothetical cases, as well as work in groups on the principles and main rule of the new Law on Administrative Conflict.

Beneficiaries of this training are judges from the Basic Court and Professional Associates.
