Criminal Offenses Against Sexual Integrity

June 10-11, 2025, the Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the training on Criminal Offenses Against Sexual Integrity.

Trainers engaged in this activity are Ms. Albina Shabani Rama, President of the Basic Court in Pristina, and Mr. Ramadan Gashi, permanent trainer at the Academy of Justice.

Purpose of this training is to develop the participant’s knowledge regarding sexual integrity, the distinction between sexual assault and sexual harassment, what is the difference between the victim and the injured party.

The training methodology is a combination of PowerPoint presentations method, group work and the use of practical cases.

Beneficiaries are judges, prosecutors and professional associates from the judiciary and the prosecution.
