MCriminal Offenses Against Life and Body – Murder, Aggravated Murder and Murder Committed in a State of Severe Mental Confusion

On June 5, 2026, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the training on the topic “Criminal Offenses Against Life and Body – Murder, Aggravated Murder and Murder Committed in a State of Severe Mental Confusion”.

The trainers engaged in this activity are Mr. Agim Maliqi, Judge at the Supreme Court of Kosovo and Mr. Burim Ademi, Judge at the Supreme Court of Kosovo.

The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge and professional capacities of judges and prosecutors regarding the treatment of criminal offenses against life and body, with a special focus on aggravated murder and privileged forms of murder.

The training methodology is of a combined character with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions, also presenting practical cases.

Beneficiaries are judges from the basic instance from all regions, prosecutors from the basic instance from all regions, as well as officials from the Kosovo Police Inspectorate.
