Criminal Offenses Related to Narcotics and Other Substances

On February 18, 2026, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of its Continuous Training Program, is conducting a training session on “Criminal Offenses Related to Narcotics and Other Substances.”

The training is led by Mr. Ali Kutllovci, Judge at the Court of Appeal, and Mr. Ersan Qavolli, Prosecutor at the Basic Prosecution Office in Peja.

The purpose of this training is to enhance participants’ knowledge and strengthen the efficiency of the justice system in preventing illicit profits, while also improving investigative capacities in the fight against crime.

The training methodology will employ interactive approaches, including case simulations, group work and Participant-led questions and discussions.

Beneficiaries of the training are Judges from the Basic Court, Prosecutors from the Appeal and Basic Prosecution Offices, and Inspectors and Investigators from the Kosovo Police Inspectorate.
