Victim-Centered Approach – Guidelines and Responsibilities for the Implementation of the Transitional Justice Strategy

On 30 April 2026, the Academy of Justice, in cooperation with NGO INTEGRA, will conduct a training session within the framework of the Continuous Training Program on the topic: “Victim-Centered Approach – Guidelines and Responsibilities for the Implementation of the Transitional Justice Strategy.”

The trainers engaged in this activity are Ms. Sanije Seferi Gashi, Prosecutor at the Basic Prosecution Office of Peja, Mr. Enis Gashi, Chief Prosecutor at the Basic Prosecution Office of Gjakova.

The purpose of this training is to enhance participants’ knowledge and provide practical guidelines for implementing the Transitional Justice Strategy, with particular emphasis on a victim-sensitive approach.

The training methodology combines interactive presentations, group work, and discussions, as well as simulations of real situations, case analysis, and personal/professional reflections. Practical materials and handouts will also be provided to participants.

Beneficiaries of this training include Professional Associates, Legal Officers and Legal Secretaries from Courts and Prosecution Offices.
