Application of the most favorable Law, Causes of Exclusion of unlawfulness, Special Part of Criminal Law and Criminal Offenses against Sexual Integrity

On April 24, 2023, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with SAEK, within the framework of the Continuous Program, is conducting training from the Basic Module for professional associates and legal officers on: "Implementation of the most favorable Law, Causes of the Exclusion of unlawfulness, The Special Part of Criminal Law as well as Criminal Offenses against Sexual Integrity".

Trainers engaged in this training are: Mr. Naim Abazi, prosecutor in the Special Prosecutor's Office and Mr. Skender Coçaj, judge at the Basic Court in Prizren.

The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of the participants regarding general principles of the implementation of the most favorable Law, the causes of exclusion of unlawfulness, criminal offenses against life and body as well as criminal offenses against sexual integrity.

The applied methodology was of a combined character, with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.

Beneficiaries of this training are: Professional associates, legal officer from all courts and prosecutor's offices of Kosovo.
