Application of Intellectual Property Rights, Trademarks and Patents

On October 7–8, 2025, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the training on the topic “Application of Intellectual Property Rights, Trademarks and Patents.”

The trainers engaged in this activity are Mr. Mahir Tutuli, President of the Commercial Court, and Ms. Njomza Zejnullahu, expert in the field.

The purpose of this training is to strengthen the capacities of judges, prosecutors, and other legal professionals in the field of intellectual property rights, with special emphasis on trademarks and patents.

The training methodology includes lectures, practical exercises, and discussions, as well as analysis of concrete cases from judicial practice, focusing on the method of meritorious decision-making in specific cases.

The beneficiaries of this training are judges and professional associates from the Commercial Court.
