Separation of categories for measuring the sentence for criminal offenses of corruption;
Unification of the practice for measuring the impact of training;
Sentencing hearings;
Preparation, convincing argumentation for determining the appropriate sentence before the court.

Objectives :

Analyze the implementation of the general guidelines and specific Guidelines and the activity of the Consultative Commission on Sentencing Policy;
Understand the guidelines on the role of the prosecutor in sentencing policy;
Apply relevant circumstances when determining the sentence;
Analyze the importance of the fair and accurate determination of mitigating and aggravating circumstances.
