Management of criminal cases and trial schedules

On May 29-30, 2024, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with US-DOJ/OPDAT, within the Continuous Training Program framework are conducting the training on "Management of criminal cases and the trial schedule".

Trainers engaged in this activity are: Mrs. Albina Rama – President of the Basic Court in Pristina, Mrs. Beth Bloom – Judge, and Mrs. Robin Rosenberg – Judge.

The purpose of this training is to advance the participants' knowledge regarding addressing problems and new strategies in order to continuously improve work effectiveness and avoid practical problems.

The training methodology is of a combined character with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions, also presenting practical cases.

Beneficiaries are: Judges from the Basic Court, Judges from the Special Department and professional associates from the judiciary.
