The management of courts and prosecutions are key factors in the smooth running of the processes within the courts and prosecutions that they lead. For fair and efficient leadership of the courts and prosecutor's offices, it is important to continuously raise the capacities of the presidents, chief prosecutors, supervising judges of the branches, heads of the departments and divisions they lead. This is for the purpose of improving the quality of services, sustainability and increasing the efficiency of work in the courts and the prosecutor's office.

In view of this, the Academy of Law will organize specific trainings for the categories highlighted above in accordance with applicable policies and standards, and with legal requirements.
