On 3 October 2012, with the support of USAID, Rule of Law Program (EROL/Checchi), KJI held a meeting with KJI trainers selected for drafting of a various new training modules.
The purpose of this meeting was to inform the trainers about their concrete tasks in drafting the training modules and determining the methodology for the training assigned to them.
Modules that will be developed by this group of trainers are of a specific type and have a great importance in the development of the KJI training programs, as well as for the capacity building of judges, prosecutors, candidates for judges and prosecutors and other legal professionals.
The list includes modules such as: Case Management; Court Management; Legal Writing and Reasoning; Information Technology; Communication; Simulation of the Trials; Judicial Ethics; and the Module for training the administrative staff of the courts.
