On June 7, 2012, KJI conducted the next training session on the topic “Material Benefit without legal grounds”. The topics that were addressed during this training session mainly focused in the necessary legal conditions of the material benefit without legal grounds, possible cases of the material benefit without legal grounds in implementing properly the provision of the Law on Obligations Relations respectively with the material benefit without legal grounds.
Main objectives of this training were that participants after its completion will be able to:
• Distinguish legal conditions for the existence of material benefit without legal grounds;
• Expand their knowledge regarding the types of material benefit without legal grounds;
• Understand the difference between the material benefit law-suit and other law-suits;
• Implement properly the provisions of the Law on Obligations Relations regarding Material Benefit without legal grounds;
The training was followed also by practical cases where were discussed lawsuits and judicial decisions. Therefore, the participants had the opportunity to exchange their experiences and speak about the problems and difficulties faced during their practical work.
Beneficiaries of this training were civil judges from all levels and regions of Kosovo.
