On October 10, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the second group, is conducting the theoretical training, the sixth session, under the sub module "Administrative Law", with th trainer engaged Mr. Hasan Shala, Judge at the Court of Appeal.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the subject of enforcement, the ways of enforcing administrative decisions, judicial enforcement and acts that cannot be enforced.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussions and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
