Commercial relations with a foreign element and international legal cooperation in commercial matters

On March 04, 2024, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with GIZ, as part of the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the training on "Commercial relations with foreign element and international legal cooperation in commercial matters".

Trainers engaged in this activity are: Mrs. Donike Qerimi, Professor at the Department of International Law, University of Pristina, Mr. Gazmend Çitaku, Director of the ILC Department at the Ministry of Justice.

Purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of participants in the field of private international law, with special emphasis on commercial and trade relations. This goal includes knowledge of legal innovations and institutions related to relations with foreign elements.

The training methodology is combined between the theoretical explanations of the changes brought by the law and the practical part consisting of exercises.

Beneficiaries of this training are: judges and professional associates from the Commercial Court.
