Sub-module: Family law; Third session: Special forms for protection of children without parental care

On July 14, 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is conducting the theoretical training under the module "Family Law" that is held by the trainer Mr. Valon Totaj President of the Appeals Court.

This training session is covering the following: adoption and its types, organized placement in foster families, guardianship, ways of exercising custody and custody for special cases, and for minors.

The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases and through exercises where the participants are assigned to draft a judgment within this topic.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
